Return Policy

If you are eligible for a return please provide us with the below information:

  • If your item gets damaged in transit, please lodge your claim with Post Haste first with photographic evidence, consignment number and your full name and address plus contact details.
  • Please advise if the item you wish to return has been opened/used?
  • Please send photos of the opened item you wish to return.
  • We are unable to refund if you have changed your mind; though your item might be eligible for a store credit.
  • Items must be in the original packaging received and return will be at your own cost.
  • If the item you wish to return is not in its original packaging we may be unable to process the return and the item may be returned to you.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
